i completed this in Grand Prix as i didn't want to focus on it during my actual career.

first of all, you have to make sure immersive is selected in Pit Stop Experience (Rules & Flags section).

i had both Pit Assist and Pit Release Assist turned ON - so that doesn't affect the requirements.

go ahead and start the race, boxing whenever you like. when you pull into the pit lane, you'll notice "Turn-In" with the button and a countdown timer, along with a light blue screen.

you need to Turn-In at an Optimal time, otherwise it will say Late, or Good, which won't progess the achievement.

for me with Alex Albon, pressing at 0.03 seemed to be the sweet spot, which was very very very slightly before hitting the blue screen.

once you get Optimal and pull into the box, there should be progress (it tracks, so you can pause the game and check to make sure).

you can rewind/flashback to the pit entry as many times as you wish as everytime you reach optimal, it will count.
