If you don't normally do practice sessions, you can do this quickly in 2 race weekends.
Go into each practice session (1,2, and 3) and go out on a flying lap.
Make sure to use the top speed preset.
Go as fast as you can down the pit straight, and on the right side of the screen there'll be a popup showing the speedtrap speed, as well as your position. If you're in first, hit start and retire from the session, then go onto the next practice.

what if you did this on one track? Do you have to do it at a different track?

My percentage won't seem to go above 20% no matter what I try. Hmm

You can unlock this achievement in 1 practice session by retiring from a session when you're in 1st and then choosing 'Restart session' instead of 'Advance'.
