Quite simple to do, when in the main menu go to solo then Grand Prix and then you can pick Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Brazil and Singapore in any order you choose with the custom championship setting.

Once that is done pick the car of your choice, all you have to do is finish the race so have the game as difficult as you want. But if you do want this as quick as possible go into Weekend Structure in the Grand Prix Settings menu and change the session length to very short, you'll have a 3 lap race for each event.

Also go into Weather and Time of Day below it and change it from Dynamic to Clear (Dry). Once the 4 races are done the achievement should pop!
