How to unlock the Speed Demon achievement in F1 22 - Definitive Guide
This achievement is for reaching 300 kph / 186.4 mph at 10 different tracks in the game.
This is pretty self explanatory, and you will most likely earn this while progressing through career mode without thinking about it. I earned this while playing career mode with my custom team in my first season.
You should be able to hit this speed no problem, even if your car is the worst on the grid (which it will be if you're doing custom team on a non easy/medium difficulty) on the first 10-11 tracks as the majority of them, aside from possibly Monaco, have long straights where this speed can be achieved. This also does not need to be done during the race, you can earn it in practice. This popped for me while driving in FP1 on the Austrian GP.
As soon as you hit the necessary speed on your 10th track, it will unlock. You can also keep track of how many tracks you've hit this speed at on the Achievement tab.

i obtained this while doing time trials, so it appears any mode should work.
