How to unlock the Ultimate Prize achievement in F1 22 - Definitive Guide

Simply start up a SINGLE PLAYER CAREER, Simply start up a SINGLE PLAYER CAREER (this can be completed in a two-player career or single-player driver career also, but the process would be different), CREATE NEW, MY TEAM , CHAMPIONSHIP CONTENDER (I chose this option for more resources and funds to work with) followed by CUSTOM SEASON and 10 races (shortest you can do). Here I chose the races that had the shortest lap times + were easy for me so generally look at the track difficulty and lap times when choosing what you prefer. I chose the following 10:
1. Australia
2. Imola
3. Canada
4. Austria
5. Italy/Monza
6. Japan
7. USA
8. Mexico
9. Brazil
10. Abu Dhabi

Then for Career Settings proceed into CUSTOM SETTINGS. There are different options depending on your RACE STYLE, I had mine set to STANDARD. For Assists just generally have on what suits you and your driving, I didn't change these for the achievement. in WEEKEND STRUCTURE make sure Qualifying Format is set to ONE-SHOT and Session Length is set to SHORT (fastest you can do for both). In SIMULATION SETTINGS I turned the AI DIFFICULTY down to 0. I clicked SKIP for My Team Icons. Then started the career, you can tinker with the driver and clothing customisation or just accept the default everything. Then for team details you need to name your team, pick a primary sponsor, power unit and second driver (having picked Championship Contender earlier, you have a lot more money to spend here). You can skip or customise the livery and logo.

Skip your way through the interview (I spammed NO COMMENT). I now just ADVANCE TIME to the races, skipping any Pirelli Hot Laps that pop up along the way. For the first race weekend you'll need to start the Practice 1 but soon as you are past the introductory stuff and get onto the track just PAUSE and RETIRE FROM SESSION. Now everytime you're at your Workstation you can go to QUALIFYING and SKIP TO which enables you to skip your practice sesssions (sometimes the Qualifying will be in a different spot so keep an eye out. When that happens you'll need to do the SPRINT as well).

So for every Race Weekend you want to Skip To Qualifying -> Sprint (if it is there otherwise disregard) -> Race.

What I did for every race was complete the One-Shot Qualifying and got 1st (was always easy and by at least 5 seconds as the AI difficulty is down to 0). I would then go to the RACE and hit SIMULATE. I ended up doing this for more than half of the races in the season because I would get a relatively good finish from the simulation due to coming first in qualifying. Towards the end of the season however, I needed to complete my races as the Championship got close, I also did not want to risk losing on the last race incase the simulation went wrong as there is no way to go back in time, you would need to restart the season. So feel free to complete the races yourself or simulate them as you see fit, everyone will be different as your simulations will be unique.

Upon the completion of the championship and you coming first you will then earn your achievement!

Hope this helps.

EDIT: If you leave a thumbs down could you please say why? I'm more than happy to try and fix the solution for your benefit, but if you don't say why you downvoted, I don't know what didn't work for you? Thanks.
