This achievement is earned when your team reaches level 20 team acclaim. This achievement's progress can be sped up by selecting a championship contender at the entry point under My Team.

Next, you can either make a custom season or an entire season but it does not matter as you will be simulating through every single session.

Go to custom settings and switch the race style to Expert. Under weekend structure make qualifying one-shot and the race to short. Under simulation, settings make the AI difficulty 0.

Then, go through the customization settings and when you get to the engine supplier pick Red Bull and pick Theo Pourchaire as your 2nd driver.

You will start the season at level 16. Every session you participate in gives you progress and doing well gives even more progress. I personally did not complete qualifying as I found it was quicker to start at the back and go through the field and win.

Win each race and the team acclaim will level up to 20 and your achievement will pop.
