How to unlock the Beating Them All achievement in F1 22 - Definitive Guide
For an Unranked win, the boosting method is likely still best.
As for Ranked, the method that worked for me & my brother was letting the AI do its job and also picking, if possible, Monaco.
My brother used pressing start/pause to boost the 100 races and found that when his rating got to A/S the lobbies were largely empty and he would find himself winning a few races on random tracks using start/pause.
I was a D ranking and would always try vote Monaco, second race using start, won - used start/pause for quali and race.

Hmm yes the AI on ranked is quite good. Can others see that you are AI?

I am not sure, although should be easy to spot, AI is generally slower, but will race clean and stick to Racing Line. It won't beat any competent player, I'd be faster than AI over a lap, but not consistent over 5.
Monaco being the madness it is, gives AI an advantage over most due to tight track.

okay - so firstly - this is to serve more as a "this is how we did it without dealing with people who run you off track and crash into you", as that's all we could really provide.
secondly - i say and refer to "we" because this idea would not have been possible without xIceman9362x. it was their idea to see if we could try something a certain way, and it worked. so massive thanks to them
let's start with the easier and quicker part of this achievement:
To Win an Unranked Race
from the menu, to Multiplayer and select Social Play. choose your settings and then invite a friend or a second account on another xbox. complete and win the race to meet this requirement. complete again and let your friend win.
To Win a Ranked Race
from the menu, to Multiplayer and select Ranked. this can only be done in this section and it does not matter if you have a ranking.
while trying this seperately, xIceman9362x wrote that they were finding themselves in a lobby alone. i had this happen a couple of times but blew it off blaming Australian internet. they had the idea to try and invite a friend to that lobby they were in alone.
to get into a lobby by yourself, varies for everyone. sometimes after multiplayer races you return into your own lobby. sometimes you start off that way. i had a consistant "cannot connect to server" message that i kept pressing "retry" with, however it did nothing but pop up again, so i started to press "back" and noticed i found my own lobby alot more often.
if you happen to find yourself in your own lobby, you can then invite a friend or second account on another xbox by "invite to game" from the xbox menu as there is no way to invite a friend from the lobby. if you take too long, the lobby will become unavailable and you have to start over.
once you and a friend/s are in the lobby, i would strongly recommend skipping qualifying to minimise risk of other players coming in, which they can do as it's not a private lobby. complete the race and the winner will meet the requirement. afterwards - you may or may not be in the lobby with just your friend. if too many people join you can try to find a solo lobby again and repeat the process so that both players (you and your friend) walk away with a ranked win.
obviously, this process can take some time, and is by no means meant to say don't even try in ranked on your own. it's just here to try and help those who wish for a slightly possible easier way.
ranked can be a scary place if you don't frequent muliplayer in racing games. no matter how fast you think you are, they all seem so much faster.
stick to it, either way, and it will happen. once it does, the achievement is yours
EDIT: WhoIsJohn117 commented that due to a recent update, the feature to invite friends to a Ranked Lobby has been removed. Unsure if it will return, though people have apparently been asking EA.

I found a good way to get a lobby by yourself is to search the longer 'standard' race and if the current race is say 14/16 laps, it'll just keep putting you into that same lobby as the race is nearly over
But if you keep checking in on the lobby (by repeatedly searching or watching the laps tick down) and once you know the next race is going to start, search again (you may join same lobby until qualy is finished and race truly begins) but once the race starts, a fresh search tends to pop you into a fresh lobby by yourself at the track selection screen
I then quickly searched with my dummy account and had both in the same lobby. Ready up ASAP, retired from the qualy on both accounts as randoms can still join until race starts. Went through to the race ASAP and started with just the 2 accounts

I am hoping an easier way comes about in the future or I will have to get lucky lol. I played a few races yesterday and got spun into the wall in all 3 on the first lap. I think I might try the longer race option and see if less people are playing that to increase the odds of a blank lobby.
