Under Career, create a new My Team (Newcomer and Custom Season with 10 races both help). Continue to the Career Setup screen, and then select Custom Settings. Turn on Expert race style (use 
), then configure Department Event Frequency: Increased under Career Settings. Any other setting is fine as default or whatever your preference, so keep skipping through past the interview.
Once at the Team HQ, select Advance Time. Several events will show up during the pre-season. Keep advancing/simulating through any race weekend to jump as quickly as possible to new events. You should complete your 25 events within 1 season.
