How to unlock the Gold All Around achievement in F1 22 - Definitive Guide
There is 2 ways you can unlock this achievement.
The first being the waiting game, and getting "Pirelli Hot Laps" from your MyTeam/Driver career mode, OR, thankfully, under the "Solo" tab from the main menu.
You have to complete the 6 different Pirelli Hot Lap events, in which there are 40 currently available using the new Supercars in F1 22.
I'll admit the handling isn't brilliant of these cars (or I'm pretty rusty), but the game is pretty forgiving with objectives and they can be done fairly easily.
Average Speed Zone - There are 10 Speed Zone events on different tracks using different cars - You have 3 attempts to basically beat a target speed at a point in a circuit. Pretty straight forward.
Drift - There are 9 Drift Zone events on different tracks using different cars - Drifting, pretty straight forward like other games, drift without leaving the track or hitting something to earn points, and beat the target.
Checkpoint Challenge - There are 3 Checkpoint Challenge events on different tracks using different cars - Pretty much identical to other games with this in, travel the furthest distance to beat the target in a time limit. Each check point you go through, you gain additional time.
Autocross - There are 7 Autocross events on different tracks using different cars - Get through the gates placed on the track without hitting gates (5sec penalty). I found to just take it slower is best. I was able to get this with 20 seconds spare.
Time Attack - There are 4 Time Attack events on different tracks using different cars - You have a set amount of laps on a track that you have to complete before the timer runs out.
Rival Duel - There are 7 Rival Duel events on different tracks using different cars - You have to win 3 events. First Wave you start in front. Second Wave you start head to head. Third Event you start behind. You need to win all 3 to get Gold.

the handling does take some getting used to. thankfully, it's not an indication of how the F1 cars handle.

If handling is a problem, just use full asists.

I'm not really going to say much different to what the others have, they've pretty much covered it but I wasn't going to just put videos up and that's it. You will also see how easy the drift score is as I'm terrible at drifting and it was very comfortable
In the Solo menu you will find Pirelli Hot Laps. There are six different type of events to complete and the game will give one of a couple of tracks for each one. There are also three difficulty levels for each, Normal, Hard, Challenging. You only have to get Gold on one of each type and it doesn't matter which difficulty you pick.
Autocross - Drive in between gates to get to the finish. You lose 5 seconds for hitting a gate, 10 for missing one. I would recommend driving reasonably slowly so that you can see the next checkpoint or give yourself time to react. As you will see from my clip I try to avoid keeping the car in 4th gear to limit my speed
Average Speed Zone - Complete a sector of the track within the displayed average speed. You get three attempts. Driving off track will disqualify you.
Checkpoint Challenge - You get a set time to drive a required distance, every time you pass a checkpoint you will gain time. The time bonus you get goes down by 1 second each time, starting at 20 and goes downwards per checkpoint.
Drift - Earn a set score while drifting through the course, driving off course will cancel your score for your current series of drifts. You have a time limit and if you beat the score within the time limit keep driving as stopping still on track will get you disqualified. The method for this is just slaloming back and forth while avoiding going off track.
Rival Battle - You face an AI opponent on a sector of the track on three occasions and have to beat him each time for the Gold
Time Attack - Standard time attack over two laps.
The courses I used were:
Autocross - Canada
Average Speed Zone - Silverstone
Checkpoint Challenge - Emilia-Romagna (Imola)
Drift - Spain
Rival Battle - France
Time Attack - Austria

There are a total of 6 different Events:
- 1. Average Speedzone, You drive a section of the track in which you need to go as fast as possible, try to follow the racing line. Hitting the wall will not slow you down that much so use it to your advantage (like in Saudi Arabia for example)
- 2. Drift, You will get 2/3 minutes to drift through corners, brake and press the gas to spin your car into a drift, hitting the wall or go off-track loses your building score. Drive straight for a few seconds to bank your score.
- 3. Time Trial, You need to complete 2 laps in the set amount of time.
- 4. Checkpoint Challange, Time Attack, every time you drive through a checkpoint you will get more time. Drive for around 2 laps to get gold
- 5. Autocross, Drive through different targets set on the track, missing or hitting a gate will give you a time penalty. You can drive rather slowly and still win with a big margin.
- 6. Rival Duel, 3 Head-to-Head battles
While doing these events you will earn progress towards your Supercar Tokens which will help you to unlock the "Supercar Superstar Achievement":

The trophy description is incorrect. All rides featured do not require driving. Just do it in order and the trophy will appear much earlier.

It’s even simpler there - you complete the main career and choose different disciplines from Pirelli - in fact, then complete everything, including drifting (total time).

I confirm. You need to take gold in every discipline, not in every possible event. Single player - a quick circle of Pirelli - and then choose what you like

The translation of the trophy into Russian is not entirely correct. It is not necessary to complete all tasks for gold. You need to get gold in at least one race of each type. Difficulty level does not affect this.
