Hi All this this is a solution for anyone like me and the (achievement tracker wasn't moving) fought it was glitched
My experience I did the the idling method for over 4 hours and was at 64 % then the next day found myself continuing this achievement
After one race the progress bar wasn't moving ,after week of figuring this out I noticed that on f1 tab in the game, the section where you can see your trophies so can also check some of your stats if you scroll down to online races and mine had reset by say I had only done one race
I figured when I quit out the game it reset so my advice to to the 100 matches in one sitting ( takes around 7-8 hours
I don't think this is glitched it just resets Its ea systems

Anyone who has errors with the lobby and/or doesn’t want to wait for the roster to fill up can do it steadily and calmly through the leagues. I entered at 10-12 and I cast perfectly without any online lobby.
