How to unlock the Tunnel Vision achievement in F1 22 - Definitive Guide
This has to be done in the Career section called My Team. This is where you create a team and have control over all of the aspects of the team and car development.
There are 4 different R&D departments to do upgrades in:
Aerodynamics
Chassis
Powertrain
Durability
Each one of the departments starts on 4 or 5 components made. Choose one of the departments (I did Aerodynamics as it started on 4 and made sure before every race I developed as many components as possible (normally 3 max).
To do this go to R&D, click the department you want to upgrade and then choose the parts to upgrade using your team attribute points earnt over race weekends.
The quickest way to get these points is by doing quick practice for each practice session.
It makes sense to start with the cheaper ones first (these are normally 400ish points each) and over the season try to develop 15 parts in 1 department. Don't waste time or points developing any other departments because it will be really hard to get enough points to do this otherwise.
As soon as the 15th upgrade is complete the achievement will pop.
Note: I tried to get this achievement in a 22 race season and it never seemed to give me enough points to do it so I ended up going into a 2nd season and still no joy.
I then did a 10 race season and managed to achieve this after 6 race weekends.
I'm not sure if it has to be done in 1 season but at the end of a season it warns you a lot of the parts you have developed aren't going to be legal for the following season, so you have to waste a load more points to re-develop them 😡🤔
