You have two ways of getting this achievement, you can either do this "legit" or you can do it the fast way.
Note: I've done this in the MyTeam Career mode version to ensure I can get the level 20 acclaim achievement as well.
In this guide I will only explain the fast way:

- Go to Career
- Select Single Player Career
- Select MyTeam
- I selected Newcomer so I am not sure if this works with championship contender as well, however I recommend to either select Newcomer and hope you get lucky with the standings or select Championship contender to ensure that your teammate can and will score some points as well.
- Select Custom Season
- Select 10 races(You can remove and add races as long as you keep the total of 10 races in mind)
- Select custom settings.
- Go to assists and turn down the AI level to a level that you know you can easily beat them(2+ seconds faster then them per lap)
- Go to career settings and under resources set everything to increased.
- Select Skip or select use MyTeam Icons, it doesnt matter that much.
- Start career with selected options
- Customize your driver, logo, car etc
- Choose the sponsor that gives the most money, since we are way fast then the AI we know that we will always finish first.
- Select an engine, I used Ferrari.
- Select a high level driver, I used Hauger but he didnt show up in my second career mode save.
- Customize livery and team branding.
-Finish the interview, it doesnt matter at all what you anwser, I focused on the powertrain and chassis departments.
- Choose a department where you will do the 12 R&D upgrades and only focus on that department.
- Complete every race, I skipped the qualification and only did the races and sprint races since that is the fastest way.
- After the 10 races this achievement popped for me.
