This is Performance Only! As I got on my first run only the Reputation one.

* The main part is, drive on the easiest difficulty that is possible. And get the Race Win in every race that allows you to reach the Finish. And drive the fastest lap in any race available (even if it's a race that does not allow you to reach the finish). This will net you also all (bonus-)objectives.

- Devons Garage/Factory Tour, cancel it as it impacts your engineers.

- Throttle Zone, do not participate, everything that impacts your employees/engineers, is bad for Performance.

- Merchandise Shortage, do not increase production as it impacts Performance related things.

- Aiden's eSport Attendance, choose the middle road and let him attend through Video.

- Early Sponsor Payout, invest in the Factory (long term choice).

* There are other points, I do not remember what I picked, but mainly small bits and pieces in the overall scheme. Everything positive about: the team, performance and team-mate. Also pick choices that do not impact members of the team being away or not able to do their work. I got this Achievement during the end of the race screen, in chapter 14, small choices can vary when exactly.
