This can be done in Grand Prix mode rather swiftly.
Simply set the Weekend to Full Practice (3 Practice sessions) One shot Quali & 3 Lap race.
Set the AI to 0 difficulty.
Set a fast lap in each practice session, immediately retiring once you set the lap, you will guarantee to be miles in front if you're half decent at the game.
For one shot Quali just make sure to set the best lap, again should be very easy on 0 AI difficulty. And for the race just make sure you set the fastest lap & win. Easy 30g
