How to unlock the Challenge Yourself achievement in F1 23 - Definitive Guide

In order to unlock Goals, you must complete 5 races in F1 World. I'd recommend doing them via the Solo Arcade Race/Quick Races:
1. Go to F1 World
2. Play.
3. Solo & Multiplayer events
4. Scroll down to the Solo group of races and pick Arcade Race or any of the regional Quick Races, they're all 5 lap races.

To find the Goals, go to:
1. F1 World
2. Play
3. Scroll over to the right to the box labelled "Goals".
4. Click "Go to Vendors" to see the different departments and goals available for completion.

Each vendor offers simple Goals for completing races, miles driven, laps completed, etc. Try to get any that allow you to complete them regardless of the game mode and it's fairly simple from there. Once you have completed a goal, go back to the vendor list to redeem your rewards.

Not sure if it's always been like this but as of today, I had to complete 5 races in F1 World in order to unlock GOALS. Then just complete the easiest goal in the list (complete one race).
