How to unlock the Saturday Night Drama achievement in F1 23 - Definitive Guide

What you need to do is "qualify" in last place and get either 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the new Las Vegas Track.
1. Go to F1 World
2. Select Grand Prix
3. Choose Las Vegas (most right USA Flag in the list / between Brazil and Abu Dhabi)
4. Choose your team/car and driver of choice (I chose F1 2023 - Red Bull - Max Verstappen)
Settings:
1. Difficulty = 0 (Just in case)
2. Weekend Structure
2a. Qualififying = One-Shot
2b. Session Lenght = Quickfire (3 laps)
3. Rules and Flags = Off
4. Simulation Settings: Race Starts = Manual
Once you get into qualifying press start and choose "retire from session" (Bottom of the list), this will put you in last place. When you start the race you are able to jump the start when 4/5 red lights are on, do this and you will be in front of the pack before turn 1. Finish the race and this achievement will pop.
* Can be combined with and if this is your first race of your journey onto F1 23. *

I tried this in Career Mode and it didn’t unlock so will try using F1 World

not popping, neither on carrer and neither on gran prix
