All you have to do are 25 laps in the time trial mode. Make sure you do not invalidate laps as it will take longer to pop the achievement. If you are not sure is you invalidated the lap, look at the track map on the side. If the map is clear and shows the DRS zones in green, your lap is valid. If the map is red and shows no DRS zones in green, your lap is invalid. Very simple achievement.

Not exactly sure but my guess would be Austria, about 1:10 per lap.

I also found you had to do 25 laps in one go, i did 10 last week then came back a week later to do the rest and achievement didnt pop until i had done 25 in the one session i was in. Not sure if thats everyone or just myself

This is in one hand you (as it is a bug), but there are more people with this issue.
My friend says he is stuck at 32%. So now advised him to drive 25 clean laps in 1 go. So look if that changes things for him. Myself seems to go proper up.

I have done about 45 laps in TT, at least 30 of them was valid and the cheevo did not pop. If I don't want to do it again (which is absolutely true), the only hope I have is that it will come tomorrow. If not, can I do something against it?

To obtain this trophy, you must complete 25 clean laps in Time Trial.
As it says in the description, it has to be a 'clean' lap, so that means you need to keep your car on track as if you have all four tyres going over the white lines (which defy the bounds of the race track) and/or you make contact with a barrier, your lap time will be invalidated* & that current lap won't count towards progression for this trophy.
*Also the next flying lap if you have invalidated your lap at the final corner
For many people, this will come naturally as you go along with playing the game, for new people however... Find a track or two you feel comfortable racing through, just keep it in bounds & you'll hopefully feel a rhythm after a few laps.
