GOAT
Complete all accolades for any Driver
How to unlock the GOAT achievement in F1 24 - Definitive Guide
The wording of this achievement is incorrect as you can unlock it differently:
Accolades are earned via career mode and they are for completing certain things in career mode, there are three tiers for each accolade, for example: Max Verstappen, Tier 1 Championships is 4, Tier 2 is 6, Tier 3 is 8. However, the wording of the achievement is wrong.
I believe the achievement progress is triggered by any accolade completion on any driver on any tier, how I unlocked it is:
Max Verstappen: Tier 1 completed on all 5 accolades, Tier 2 completed on 1 accolade
Alex Albon: Tier 1 completed on 2 accolades
Custom driver: Tier 1 completed on 3-4 accolades
So I can only conclude that it just needs 10-15 completed accolades of any tier of any driver to unlock. Happy hunting and not having to complete 20+ seasons with the same driver!

I just unlocked this achievement in a similar way…
Have been grinding a Lando Norris driver career, got tier 3 on all accolades apart from race starts which was tier 2. Tier 3 was 300 race starts and I was on 200, man I wasn’t looking forward to grinding another 4 and a bit seasons for one accolade.
Decided to start a new driver career in a separate slot and keep my Lando one for when i decided to do the grind, when I unlocked the first accolade with the new driver career, boom, the achievement popped.
Upvote from me! :)

First off, credit to the first solution for finding out accolades count across all careers, that provided the inspiration to put together this guide. A few facts:
I went and started a new career with each F1/F2/Icons driver, and the quickest accolade to complete is the Race Start accolade. This is mainly because you can simulate the race, finish in last, and still get points toward the accolade. The driver(s) with the closest Race Start accolade to completion are:
It is likely that you will get several accolades from the other career achievements in the game, but the best method to get the last few accolades would be:
Start a new career
After the accolade is received, you can delete this career and start a new one with the same steps.
You will get to enjoy all the long cutscenes career mode has to offer, but it's a quicker tradeoff than doing the races!
- 15 completed accolades across all careers are needed for this achievement
- Accolades earned in deleted careers still count towards this number
- With 98% certainty, I believe the first accolade earned in a new career counts for 2 accolades

It is likely that you will get several accolades from the other career achievements in the game, but the best method to get the last few accolades would be:
Start a new career
- Skip to F1, choose Full Season. Note: We want to make sure the first 3 races are not sprint races because they are much slower to simulate, and fortunately the first 3 races on the 2024 calendar are not sprints
- Settings do not matter, then choose either Oscar or Logan as your driver
- Contract details are insignificant, just sign
- Ignore all R&D, just go straight through every event to the race weekend
- From the workstation inside the race weekend, go to the RACE selection in the bottom right and hit to SKIP TO AND SIMULATE. Note: The first race of a career forces you to do the practice tutorial, but you can retire from practice immediately, then sim the race
- Hit yes on both prompts and be prepared to spam A as everything simulates
After the accolade is received, you can delete this career and start a new one with the same steps.

In the career mode, on the overview screen
Press RB twice and RT once to see the accolades screen.
Each accolade has 3 tiers

This popped after the four to the right were completed, I had 122 out of 200 race starts but it popped anyway after getting the 3000 points accolade.
