How to unlock the Tough Choices achievement in F1 24 - Definitive Guide

NOTE: As of writing, this achievement can not be unlocked, however it will be completable at some point during the year.
In order to complete this achievement, you have to choose a Driver and Constructor (team) to represent in Fanzone inside the F1 World mode during three different in-game seasons. This however will take a while as an in-game season could last at least six weeks, so it could take three months to wait for the third season to start for this achievement to be completed. I am not sure if the season duration will change the longer into the year we go, so for now, you'll have to assume that three months is the minimum.
You will be credited for progress as soon as you choose a driver and a constructor, so this should unlock as soon as soon as you make your choices for the third season.
For this achievement, you just have to make the choices, however there is another achievement to finish first in either choice in a season, which you can find here:

I’ve loaded this game on my account and an alt account to test out if you can make multiple choices and yeah we have to wait. As of the time of commenting there’s only 8 days left in this season so we will know soon enough.

I see the "First Winners" block, where a lot of guys who unlocked it starting from July 24 2024, are listed. How did they manage that?

People have been getting this early by changing the PS5 date settings, you have to wait anyway to finish in a winning zone of a fan room anyway so not worth it unless you have the finish in a winning zone trophy, and that might not be required anyway if the driver and team options count as individual choices towards the 3.
