To get this all you have to do is finish the qualifying stages in any space from 1-3.
I tried my first season with Mercedes but was very unable to get many attempts at this.
The easiest way to do it is to play as either Red Bull or Ferrari (I did it with Ferrari as they were the better team in my Mercedes season) it popped for me by the end of Qualifying run 3 on the first Grand Prix.
