How to unlock the Well-Oiled Machine achievement in F1 Manager 2022 - Definitive Guide

Goto staff > pit crew (2nd from bottom) > changed the setting from balanced an put it on the highest stat. It will unlock near end of 1st season or somewhere thru the 2nd season depending on your teams pit stats or there progression.

I just had my tyre changes reach level 99 on the last day of the season before dropping to start season 2. Now halfway through that season, I get 100/100, but no achievement has popped. Is it glitched, do I have to wait until season's end, or does this only work in the first season?

The part about the second season is incorrect. Pit crew ratings reset every season, so you have to finish it all in one season.

Same as RLKDragon. I have 100 in my second season and the achievement has not unlocked...

Does finish position matter?
I went 1st season full in and “forgot” to invest and prepare for season 2. So I won both championships in my first year but I am obviously the third team now. Lacking loads of pace.

I’d recommend upgrading the Staff Hub as quickly as you can so your crew gets experience more quickly and ditching or ignoring sponsor requirements that shut down team experience
