How to unlock the Drivers' Champion achievement in F1 Manager 2022 - Definitive Guide

Some general tips for this one;
1. Saving before the race and reloading if it goes wrong is your friend.
OPTIONAL - if hamilton, leclerc or russell are willing to negotiate for car 2 to replace perez, sign them(30mil for hamilton, 20 for leclerc, 15 for russell)
2. If you are just going for the achievement as quickly as possible, select Red Bull. If not, split your development between design and research in Season 1
2a. If you are going for the Constructor's as well, select Ferrari
3. Upgrade your development facilites at least twice in season 1, then again in 2.
4. Rush all design development and emergency manufacture at least 2 of everything.
5. Always be upgrading your car.
6. Sim practice and qualifying.
7. Always go for the fastest of the 3 suggested tyre strategies
8. Add a couple of laps of fuel
9. Set your fuel consumption to max(this more than negates the extra weight from step 8)
10. At the start of the race, you want to aim to get both cars within a second of each other and more than a second ahead of 3rd,and pulling away
11. Pit when it suggests
12. After pitstops, follow step 10 until you are comfortably ahead, then set the driver you don't want to win to not fight teammate(this guarantees that the driver you want to win will win). As long as they are within a second of each other, both drivers will most likely pull away from 3rd
13. In wet races, save it before the race and sim in 16x speed, make a note of when the track turns damp and reload the race. Your pit strategy wants to mirror when the rain is coming so you don't pit more than you have to.

In season 3 with Alpine, I was guaranteed the championship with 9 races to go, I failed to win 2 all season and finished 2nd in those, Russell won 16 races for me
