this and constructors achievements was buggy for me, i earned it on my 1st season as red bull and it never unlocked for me. I made a new career with red bull an tried again... I Know Right angry. What happened on my 1st time around is i was 150pts clear in 1st, i had both cars crash out and retired them both towards the end of the season. On my 2nd attempt i made sure atleast 1 car finished all races, and both unlocked . I hope this helps.

Finished every race with at least one car , met the requirements and was clear bij more or less 100 points but nothing.
I noticed it did not register at least 2 wins , I got the points and the stats ingame but the tracker ( for 10 wins ) just did not register 2 wins and unlocked with 12/13 wins , no idea if that is connected.
