During the season when you have progressed through to a race weekend, you will need to finish inside the top 10 at the end of the race. The top 10 positions are the only positions that points are handed out to.
This can be done at any main race.
The best teams to use would be either Ferrari or Red Bull as these are the two best teams at the start of the game.

If you haven't achieved this by the time you get to the first sprint race of the season, then you can also earn this in the sprint race by finishing in any of the top 8 positions.
F1 Manager 2022 doesn't have Sprint Races I believe, unless the preview quotes I've read are incorrect.

Thank you, hadn't progressed through to what should have been a sprint weekend at the time of writing. Such a shame they haven't included sprints into the game!
