Goes without saying, obviously better to use one of the top teams like RB or Ferrari if you are looking for a quick earn.
If you want to make the most of the game and play normally however, simply progress through the career, design parts for higher car performance, when pitting try for the undercut to gain an advantage, basically just play and your time will eventually be rewarded

Not really a guide needed as the description of the achievement covers the requirement pretty well , but more a note.
It should unlock after your first win , however , it did not unlock with me after winning the first race. I also had problems with two other achievements not unlocking on time (more than 30 minutes after they originally should unlock)
I DID use the QUICK RESUME option to go back into the game quickly when I experienced the achievement problems , after I closed the game completely and restarted the game from scratch if I started to play , the achievement problems were gone.
I do not say it is the cause of the problems , I just say be careful when using the quick resume with this game as it MAY cause some problems with unlocking some of them. It would be a massive waste of time if the game did not register one or some of the grindy achievements because of the quick resume.
