The three best teams for this is Red Bull, McLaren & Ferrari. I'd suggest Red Bull though. As you'll be able to smash this achievement along with the Constructors Champion, Drivers Champion, Long Term Objective & Season objective all in one season this way.
For this Pit Stop Trophy you need to win the Constructors Title in the pitstop championship. Try to keep training the pit crew but don't fatigue them. Otherwise they'll make more mistakes.. Red Bull generally have a solid pit crew. But it's a little RnG as early on McLaren were ahead of me, but towards the end I pulled away.
Pro Tip: if you've gone clear in the drivers and constructors use this chance to pit many times with each driver in a race (sacrificing position) to have more chances for a fastest pitstop!

One way to min-max this is to schedule nothing but gym trainings for the pit crew (without reaching fatigue of course). This will greatly increase the error rate, but you can make a save each time before pitting.
