I wanted to post this solution because the description had me a bit confused until I unlocked it. This is a story quest related achievement for to the Lost Chapters content. When you finish gathering runes from Necropolis, right after the fight with 2 Minions and 2 Summoners, this achievement will pop.
If you're wondering "Why YMCA?" it's because the runes have those letters on them.
Fun fact, you get 4 new expressions (Yeron, Moryk, Calran, & Avisto) when you complete this quest. Using them, you can have your character do the YMCA move. Using these expressions you can talk with the Oracle in Snowspire for fun.
