Fable Anniversary

Early on in the game you can go to Bowerstone. In front of the main entrance is the bar (anyone that sells beer will do) and beer can be purchased there. Purchase several beers (I bought 10 for 100 gold). Drink them (up on d-pad, items, produce, beer, use) until you vomit, took 6 for my character, though it varies.

Another entertaining method of getting this achievement is to buy a few beers and give them to the bartender or other bar patrons. After purchasing the beer, if you have no other gifts, the beer will show up in the bottom right corner of your screen assigned to the "right" position on the D-pad. Simply walk up to someone and press right on the D-pad. After about 3 or 4 beers for them, the achievement should pop. After it does, feel free to share more beers with other patrons in the establishment. Having multiple people staggering around is a riot.

This archievement consists in throw up for being too drunk. For this, just when you arrive to Bowerstone go to the tabern. Buy 10 beers and start driking them with the controller. You'll get druk with 6 or 12 beers, it's random. Once you get completly drunk and you throw up you'll get the achievement.In this video I talk in Spanish but I can be understood just watching it.
