I wasted 2 Carrots and 2 Moonfishes and the Achievement didn't unlock, turns out (for me) this only works in Bowerstone South, not in Bowerstone North. You could see if this is only a glitch for some players but to be safe - use the Carrot / Moonfish in the Southern Region :)
