How to unlock the The Swinging Sword achievement in Fable Anniversary - Definitive Guide
As the description says, for this achievement you'll need to hit 3 enemies with a single flourish which can be done by holding X after you've hit a few enemies without being hit yourself.
I used the Iron Greataxe as it's incredibly weak so you're less likely to accidentally kill them. (You can pick one up at almost any weapon trader) Once you've got one, teleport to Witchwood (There should be about 8 or 9 bandits there) run through so that they're all chasing you, get to an open space and let them surround you.
*Note* You'll need to make sure your Physique is atleast level 3 as the Greataxe is a "Heavy" weapon.
With the Greataxe the first attack is a swing which can hit multiple enemies meaning the second press of the button can be the flourish. Just make sure you hit 3 enemies with it and achievement unlocked. Hope this helps!
"Using the slow time spell really helps when getting this one. Got it first try when I used it."
Thanks to Djshep for pointing this out, it should make it that much easier now

Okay, so I had a LOT of trouble with this achievement, and this is mostly because there isn't much info out there about how to get it.
At the beginning of the game I switched the controls over to the TRADITIONAL control style, which is much better for the will user in this game. I couldn't figure out why I was having so much trouble with this. Then it occurred to me. The game wants us to use the Fable 2/3 control style from the get go, but many of us switch it, so if you want an EASY time of getting this achievement, go and change the control style back to Fable 2/3 inspired controls.
Then port to The Lost Bay. Go up the lost bay into the Northern Foothills. There should be a metric ton of minions waiting there. Get them to follow you to a choke point on the hills where you'll have about 10 of them in one place. Now, that you have 2/3 options on, swing a Greataxe or Greathammer with the 'X' button a few times until the flourish option pops up. Then, press and hold 'X' on your next attack. It will be much much easier!!
I am ashamed at how long it took to get this damned achievement.

Couldn’t get this anywhere cos I had max strength and killed everyone too quickly till I came to this location, that is never mentioned for this achievement.

To get this achievement you'll have to flourish the hand to hand weapon and hit 3 enemies. For this kind of hits first you need to attack with the sword(or other melee weapon) a few times till it starts to shine, then keep the attack button pushed. The first easiest area to do it is with the skeletons in Grey Mansion, you’ll find 5 skeletons (which keep reappearing) in a little locked room.

You need to not just kill 3 with one blow, but kill them with a turn, as for example in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FZS_rtiiZw

The easiest way to get them is in the robber camp, there is a high concentration of enemies there.
