How to unlock the Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop achievement in Fable Fortune - Definitive Guide
I can confirm that quitting (concede) in solo mode DOES count towards this achievement.
I was quitting 20 games (Solo Events -> Training - Normal) in a row and the achievement counter did go up by 1 percent.

That's definitely faster than boosting with someone or a dummy. I guess the best way to tackle this one is to win the 6 x 100 class games with a dummy account (I used my PC as a second device), then use your method for the remaining games.

I‘m mixing it up a little so it doesn‘t get too boring. Some wins for the 6 x 100 class wins, then some quitting for the 1400 remaining games. Still takes massive amounts of time though and is very monotonous. You should definitely have something running in the background to distract you. After some time you can do the quitting method almost blindfolded and barely have to look at the screen anymore.

Simply invite a boosting partner or dummy from 2nd box/Windows 10 to a PVP game. As soon as both players confirm their starting hand, press Back and Concede the match. One go takes about 90 seconds, so for 2000 games played you're looking at about 50 hours.

Is there tracking? and can you do it local co-op with a second controller?

No you cant do it in local, and achievement progress only updates on X1 (if you get progress on W10, it'll update after you log into the game on Xbox).

CRONUS MAX USERS
Start the game and press A on the main menu. You will then be at a selection screen to choose an event and activate the script. You are now set to walk away

Somebody reported this as cheating so I just thought I'd comment that this is allowed.

I found this super fast to do with a macro. after i had gotten all my wins i set up a macro to click grave digger, solo match, concede, repeat. got it over night.
solo matches do not take half the time to load.

It seemed to me that it is easiest to finish off just played matches in solo. It is faster to do this in a solo game, since there is no connection with another player.
Enter a match and concede
Solo Events -> Training - Normal -> surrender
