From the main menu choose "Play" and select the co-op boss event. (During launch week there is a extra co-op boss) Once you have select it you can press 
to find an Ally and start fighting the boss. Now you can select any of the characters you like and start the fight.. Once you have deafeted the boss you will get 1 seal for the character that you have chosen. (If you get 2 seals for each character during the same co-op event, then you wil get all the rewards possible.)

You should add that you need to win on normal and hard with each character to get both seals.

Some other tips. All of these are fairly do-able with the default decks if you have the right partner. I found Alchemist and Prophet were great pairs to anyone else since they can boost existing players and/or heal while the other characters card focus on damage. Only person I felt slightly difficult was the Merchant since his cost-less/growth strategy doesn't have as many creature options as the Gravedigger/Shapeshifter/Farmer
