How to unlock the The Egomaniac achievement in Fable II - Definitive Guide

At the final confrontation in the Spire, you will be offered 3 choices, each with an achievement. For this achievement choose the "Wealth" card.

save beforehand and exit to dashboard after the achievement unlocks but before the cutscene ends and it autosaves. then reload and pick another option for the other achievements

Is there anyway to get the other two after the cutscene ends and it autosaves?

replaying a new file from the start is the only way.
you have to exit to dash before the cutscene ends. or just as it starts to be sure.

It's funny to use the "glitch" so you get all three :p

You can also make a backup save to a memory unit, and then finish the game on your hard drive save, just in case you miss it...

I had done 2 of these, but ended up watching one all the way. Just finished my new playthrough for this achievement.

positive vote. Wish I didn't have to do it again, but since my x-box was stolen I had to anyways for See the Future.

@DAVOLICIOUS: I have the Platinum Hits edition and the dashboard will not let me copy my save file between the hard drive and my memory unit (I get the message "This item cannot be transferred between storage devices").

I wonder if I could put the save on the MU, then pull out the MU right before making the choice. Perhaps that would work if the game doesn't pause like when a controller shuts off.

Spoilers............... For anyone who went with this choice as your final selection and wants to get their dog back, you can go to Knothole Island with the DLC and use the Cheet-Ur's Crypt to get your dog back. This is the only structure in the grave yard as soon as you enter the village on the island. Just lead in a human sacrifice and your dog gets resurrected.

Save at the last level on platform than reload after for each one of the ending achievements. Than after that you can pick the final ending you really want.

You can actually wait until the credits start. The game will not actually save and lock you out of getting the remaining achievements until after the credits complete.

Watching the reactions of the characters is interesting. Especially Hammer's comments.

Just select it, and after the achievement pop up goes away, exit to the dashboard, go to the game and pick other choice...

Is gonna take you around 5 minutes, is a good choice if you are not going to play the game again, or if is a rental....

As mentioned in the other solutions, you can save, then exit to dashboard, then reload and choose the other two.

Unfortunately, as I've just found out, you can't back up your pre-ending save by copying it from one storage device to another. So, it looks like my current Hero is done for, since I'm saving that game to help others get any endings they're missing. Just send me a PM, and I'll try to get a session together to get you whatever endings you need.

UPDATE: 2014-12-31 - Looks like my save file is corrupted (thanks, cheap USB drives!), so I can no longer help others with their missing achievements. Sorry, everyone.

When i first played through Fable 2 i was not into achievements and therefore only got one ending, Bonus Eruptus helped me get the other two. It only took a few minutes to join his game and see him make the choices. Saved me having to play the whole game again.

Thanks man!

Thanks a lot! You saved me the trouble of replaying the whole game again.
It's a great game, but I just don't have the time to do it all over!

I was missing this achievement adn did not know about the dashboard trick. So I just entered my friends game right as he was about to make his choice and i got the Achive. so what iam saying is even though it dosent say "or see another player do so" it ispossible to get by seeing someone else choose it.
