Strange enough that "many years passed by" but i didn't end up rich because of all the houses i own. ;-)

@Dekalox - I just earned this achievement this morning, and yes, I was quite annoyed by the same thing. Should've been absolutely loaded by that point. *continuing spoiler* If Hammer can watch my dog and my tools, why can't she be my property manager? :-P
