You'll need to find a rabbit in the wilds. There should be a few near the lake where you'll go into the first dungeon.
Rabbits are innocents so you'll need to turn the safety off by calling up the expression menu with RB and selecting the option in the lower left.
Once the safetys of you can just shoot the rabbit with the Y button.
Put the safety back on if you dont want to risk harming other innocents.

Rabit is on the side of Oakville pub in the field.

Turn safety off when your out in the wild and you find a rabbitt. Bower Lake is a good place and just kill one. Achievement should pop straight away.

This achievement can be earned my mercifully slaying a cute, cuddly rabbit. :(
Then you're out in the "wild" you'll stumble across some rabbit doing rabbit things, Bower Lake is a good area to find them.
Once one is found you'll need to enter the EXpression Wheel and toggle Safety Mode off do deal the dark deed. Then press Y to shoot the cute critter and the 5G achievement will be yours.
BUT AT WHAT COST!!!!! :'(
