The way I did it was:

I asked 3 villagers to follow me and when they are standing altogether; I turned off safety mode and the best weapon I used was the Enforcer.

In case some of you do not know where the Enforcer is, here's the location for it:-

So basically it doesn't have to be enemies, it also counts for incconent people as well.

EDIT #1 Instead of having 3 villagers following you, it is wise to have 10
to follow you. (this saves you time in case if you mess it up and
reload the game again)

EDIT # 2 MUST HAVE LEVEL 4 ACCURACY. You can hit 5 guys (and I have) with one shot and kill all of them and still not get this. Level 4 accuracy is a requirement it to unlock this.

BY FARRRRRRRRRRRR .. the easiest way to get this achievent is the way nickzz describes first try i got it , all other methods are a serious waste of time compared to this , used the blunderbuss had full accuracy upgrades but had no damage altering augments on the blunderbuss and i got this my FIRST try , only thing id say to alter from his method is to get about 10 people to follow you then simply fire into the crowd.

Would give 10 thumbs up if i could.

interesting, i did the above mentioned and I set either murders x2 and attempted murder, which equals 3 or murders x3 and no achievement.

I dont see how this is possible as when i take out my weapon the more info for any followers pops up instead of me firing as its the same button

If anyone is not popping this achievement, Just go to dashboard clear your cache and boom, sharpshooter. I could not pop this after hitting 5 people every time, did the above and OP walk-through and I got it.

Not sure how it happened but I just got this achievement without having to do anything. I have the Enforcer legendary weapon and level 4 for the accuracy but I was just hitting Y killing hollowmen and it randomly popped

That's because you have highlighted that person by pressing the left trigger. Don't do that.

This achievement is yet another broken piece of crap in the Xbox world. I've gotten 3 hits with one shot with both a master pistol and master blunderbuss and gotten 3 simultanious kills with the blunderbuss as well and not gotten the achievement.

I literally tried all the other solutions for this achievement and even noticed that sometimes I was hitting 3 people and not getting the achievement to unlock.

In despair I did a quick search on Google and noticed that a few people were saying you need to have your accuracy at level 4. I'm not sure if this is a complete coincidence, but first attempt after I upgraded to level 4 I unlocked the achievement.

The method I used was to play the Crucible, and on the round where you fight the Hollow Men, I waited until they were all bunched up together, and then using the Enforcer, I held down

so that I could really aim up the shot before firing.

Perfect Method:

Go to Bowerstone Market, and get 6-10 people to follow you. Then teleport to Rookridge's "Temple of Shadows". As soon as you arrive, sprint forward, then turn around and hold Y. Shoot the BLUNDERBUSS at the person in the middle. You should KILL about 5 of them. Enjoy.

I just can't get it, no matter what I do, I try to line them up and it doesn't register more than 1 or 2 hits. I am using the enforcer which is a blunderbuss type gun, is there a different one I should us? And if so where do I buy it?

Seraph, use the blunderbuss. If you are just starting out the game, your abilities may be really low so you don't do enough damage. Maybe wait until later in the game and then try it once you've done some upgrading. If you have anymore problems, let me know. I'll join your game. Thanks.

I did this the third time for me... but the first time after I did this....

Raise Accuracy skill to 4 stars (it was not even at 1 star for me, I did not shot much in the game). I also got the steel blunderbuss (just because it was a item in the market at the weapon shop), and got the max 10 ppl to follow me.

SAVE right before going to the Temple of Shadows... the game will save who is following you so you don't have to get everyone again if you make a mistake.

GREAT solution, this one should be on top, I tried the other solutions multiple times... wish I tried this one earlier...

this one is getting downvoted because you failed to mention the most important part in the guide. You need level 4 Accuracy. You can KILL 5 at once, and won't get the achievement unless you have 4 Accuracy unlocked. The achievement is only for damaging.

Buy a blunderbuss and try to get 3 enemies to fall you through a narrow passageway (a doorway would work well) aim and fire when they are all close to each other...

Also a friend got this while playing with me when i shot an explosive barrel when 3 enemies were near it. Don't know if this is an actual method or just a lucky achievement. If anyone finds out let me know

You can get this shooting dead bodies as well. In the Crucible, I was doing the room where you start on a ledge and there are humans shooting at you. I killed two then a guy walked over by them, so I shot him and I hit the two dead bodies as well and then *boink* achievement unlocked.

Travel to Bandit Coast via the Westcliff Road. Rush into the camp and if you get an ambush of 4 or more bandits, run into one of the tents and have them follow you in. It will be tight quarters, but turn around, cast a Time spell, line them up and blast away. Got this on my first try.
If you enter the camp and there are fewer then 4 bandits, continue forward across the bridge and you should be ambushed by another group. Continue down the path and run under the guard tower on the right till you reach the cliff. Turn around, line em up, and blast away! You should be able to get it on one of these with the Master Blunderbuss.

A simple way to get this achievement is to use a blunderbuss and whilst in the crucible or the new "see the Futures" Coliseum, use the blunderbuss to shoot 3 beetles as they are the weakest of all creatures.

I was really upset as I could not get the achievement to unlock. I started searching wikis and forums and I found out that:

1) The Enforcer and Blunderbuss' are not the best weapons as they don't shoot a single bullet, they shoot many of them.

2) You need to hit targets with a SINGLE BULLET, not a single shot.

3) Bullets penetrate targets you shoot.

4) Accuracy and other skills don't matter.

So...
1. Grab your favourite rifle or pistol, make 10 people from your favourite spot (like Bowerstone Market) to follow you.
2. Save the game by going to Start -> Save -> Save & Continue. (this will save you some time in case you fail)
3. Warp to Rookridge -> The Temple of Shadows. (In this place every single of your followers starts in the same place, let's say.... they stack. In addition they tend not to move until you do).
4. Turn around and shoot. At this point you should notice game slowing down to think a little, and you know what happens when it happens in this game. Achievement unlocked.

Note #1: Getting this achievement with scatterguns is possible, but it's luck based this way. As you shoot many pellets you can't know which hits who.

Note #2: The Temple of Shadows can change its looks with your progress in particlar side quests. I'm sure that this is doable when you've sided with Temple of Light or didn't do the quest yet. I'm not sure about the case when you've sided with Temple of Shadows.

This achievement actually popped up for me when i fired The Rammer crossbow at bandits, 3 in a row without them coming towards me, stay a bit of a distance away, aim for the head, shoot, do it again for the second and third and that's how i got it.

I got this achievement while doing the quest to find Charlie that you get from the Grandmother at the Gypsy came. You end up having to fight a bunch of Hollow Men and they got held up in a doorway for me, so when I was firing off my gun, it ended up killing multiple enemies and the achievement popped for me.

The Master Flintlock Pistol worked a lot quicker for me than the Blunderbuss did. I tried over 10 times with the BB, and once with the flintlock in the crucible and got it on the 2nd round. The flintlock gun shoots through people so I found it's much easier than hoping for a spread shot with the blunderbuss.

You can also get this achievement in the See The Future DLC.

After Murgo gives you the Cursed Skull, you use it to complete the 'Costume Party' quest. When you have travelled to the Celestial Keep you will need to open some gates by finding some costumes and killing some enemies. You will go down a long path and eventually reach the Mysterious Cave. Go in and you will see some wooden fences. Go around the corner through the fences and you will come accross a gang of Hobbes. Hold back behind the last fence and wait for them to crowd in front of you. Now aim into the middle of the group, keep shooting and you should get the achievement :)

Probably redundant, but here's another great method I thought of spontaneously and it worked on the first try.

Go to the forsaken fortress. Go left at the ambush. The bandits will all line up on the stairs. Fish in a barrel.
