I recieved the men's military uniform from the demon door in mourningwood but for some reason it did not show up in my "closet". Any idea's as to why that would happen?

I believe it's a unisex military uniform. If you find the female one, that's it!
Otherwise, go get the gloves and see if they turn up in the Sanctuary changing area (and the rest with it!)

Yeah but, I've never even taken Fable III online, and I have the dress part of the female Masquerade suit .. and I've never played as female. So I got it somewhere in the game.

You can get the male/female Masquerade in Bowerstone market place tailorshop before you do the masquerade mission, I am not sure when they switch to the practical prins/prinsess suit. if it's when you done the mission or when you become king/queen. so if you go to the shop early in the game and you can find both genders.

I confirmed that the store change inventory after the masquerade mission. It most likley there to prevent you from losing the dress which would make it impossible to completing the game.

Yeah, I got both versions of the Masquerade suit without trading with a friend. I can't remember when I bought the outfit but it was most probably before the mission which requires you to wear the suit as I like to do other things before progressing through the main storyline.

Just to remember, sometimes the clothes counting glitches , when it happened to a friend, he traded only the female clothes with me ( because he has a male character) and the cook's hat . Then, after he bought every clothes on the stores , I gave those female suits to him and the achievement poped up.
This and the "We Need Guns..." achivement are the most hard and glitched achievements in this game , after those, it's an easy ( but time killer, counting the DLC's) 1250G .

To confirm "The Biodreamer"s notes above, you CAN get both the male and female masquerade outfits in one play-through. Immediately AFTER you are given the masquerade outfit for your gender, but BEFORE you go and do that mission, go directly to the clothing store in Bowerstone. It will now have BOTH genders of masquerade outfits. If you buy both outfits, run out of the region (to Old Town, or wherever), then run right back into Bowerstone Market, the store will now have re-stocked both outfits. You can actually run back and forth like this for a while, if you want to stock up on both outfits, to be able to help other players who may need a masquerade outfit. Once you do the mission where you use the masquerade outfit, then the clothing store will NO LONGER have both masquerade outfits, so you need to go there after you are given one masquerade outfit, but BEFORE you actually go on the mission. I have used this trick on numerous play-throughs, and it has worked for me every time.

Concerning what others have mentioned about getting the King AND Queen outfits, you can do a play-through on your main account, then create a local console profile and do another play-through as the opposite gender. If your main profile has the Queen outfit and your local console profile has the King outfit (for example, or the other way around), then load your main profile, connect a second controller and also log into your local console profile. Have your local console profile go into their sanctuary and gift their King outfit to the main profile, so now your main profile has both the Queen and King outfits. The same thing works for things like the masquerade outfits, if you missed the window of opportunity to get both genders on your main profile play-through. If an item is giftable in the game, then you can do a local console profile play-through, then gift whatever they have to your main profile character. I have done this trick numerous times. I think I created eight local console profiles, and did play-throughs for all of them, to collect all of the weapons, then gifted them all to my main profile character to get the achievement.

Here's a good guide for getting all of the clothing. All credit goes to the author.

http://projectego.net/forums/threads/complete-list-of-clothi...

Some things to keep in mind....
1) All of the clothes need to be obtained on ONE file
2)The practical princess hat DOES NOT exist
3)You will have to trade with another character to get the queen/ king outfit (depending on your sex)
4) Don't forget the Chef's hat, which is the article of clothing most people forget (how to get it is explained in the link)
Cheers, and Happy Hunting!

*EDIT*
Link above no longer works. Oh well, this one is better anyways!

You might want to mention that you can get the mens and womens masquerade outfits from the Bowerstone Market clothing shop only between the time you get your set for free and the time you walk in to Reaver's Mansion. Also, sleeping seems to reset the clothing shop so you can stock up on lots of them if you plan on giving them away.

the way that I got the chef hat was to max out friendship with the chef in the castle. If, he's in love with you (he happened to be homosexual for me) you HAVE to marry him or getting gifts is impossible (as far as I know). If you end up marrying him, sleep for a few days at a time, find him, get the gifts, max out his happiness again, and rinse and repeat. After you get the hat (it may take a while) dispose of him however you want, for being such a jerk. I personally brought him to the top of Bowerstone wall and shot him off of it.

As it as already been said, every outfit can be purchased in shops in one game but the royal outfit of the gender you had not chosen....

But my small solution is that:

the chef hat is in a chest in the cellar of the "museum of the wild goose " ( I am french so I am not sure of the English name ) in Understone.
You must have purchased the DLC to have it simply.
Otherwise as it has been said, befriend the chief.
But be careful:
When I play as a man they are heterosexual and gay when i am a woman...
So no way of puttiing my hand on it by marriage

It's The Sandgoose Museum in English.
In order to get to it, you have to have finished the Undertome DLC quest, the one where you investigate the whispering, then you have to wait for the shops to get up and running.
The cellar is underneath the stairs. I can confirm that you get the Cook's Hat.

An easy way to get the hat without paying for DLC. Go to Bowerstone Castle and check the chefs (servant with a chef hat on their head) out for a sexually compatible match. If no match is found kill the staff and go sleep upstairs. Return and check the staff again. Repeat until you get your match then marry them and move them to another town and give them enough money to keep them happy. Return to the castle and "recruit" another chef in the same manner. Repeat as you see fit. I had to wait for a while before I received a hat as a gift from any of my chef husbands but eventually it worked. (I used multiple chefs to speed the process) NOTE: If you use a second profile to attempt to get more clothes, weapons, ect not available in your world, be careful. The second profile needs to have the same DLC as your main character or your items can be lost never to be seen again!

Here is a complete guide for all 106 pieces of clothing you need as well as where to find them:

http://www.videogamesblogger.com/2010/10/29/fable-3-sui....htm

You can get every suit in one playthrough except for the opposite sex's royal suit which you will need to get from another xbox live player or locally.

If people are having problems with the chefs hat follow this solution:
-Befriend and marry the chef in the castle
-Choose the castle as your house and set the family spending to 1000 gold
-Take the chef to the bedroom and sleep for two days and he should give you a present
-If its not the chef's hat sleep for another two days and continue til he gives you the hat!

CHEFS HAT / COOKS HAT
For those of you having particular trouble with this item of clothing(like I did) because none of your cooks are of the correct sexual orientation to marry.
Kill everyone in the kitchen and return a week later. Repeat until you have the correct one.(Gay for males, straight for females)

To boost the solution of clubmau5 use this:

-Don't look for a "chef" in the kitchen. Only the title "servant" appears under the workers names. So, marry the guys with the cook's hat in the head.
-After marry you, take the guy by the hand and go to bed to sleep with you.
-It's not necessary make sex with him.
-Sleep two times until midnight, cos if you do till morning he'll go work at the kitchen.

That is it. Sorry about my bad english... I'm Brazilian. =)

There is a quicker way of getting the clothing if you have friend that has them or has some of them. He can make multiple copy's of the clothing by trading them to you in the orb mode it will gave you two copy's of what ever he trade's to you.

The Cook's hat is most easily obtained by marrying one of the kitchen servants that are dressed as a cook. Move chef into your castle, sleep with him to get the first gift, then sleep till midnight 2x in a row, grab the gift and repeat. Grab about 5 gifts from him, open em up and if you don't receive one, repeat the process. I managed to get this with the fifth gift.

All other outfits can be obtained through single character gameplay with the exception of the king/queen outfit and occasionally the warrior costume. The Royal outfit MUST be traded with a friend or another player online.

The Dweller costume is obtained for your specific gender as part of the story, then go back later and buy the opposite gender's outfit. There have been some issues with the dweller shop seemingly glitching, as it never restocks if you own it. This is easily remedied by selling the shop and then re-buying it.

The mage/magic user outfits are bought in Aurora.

The rest of the soldier costume is found inside the MourningWood demon door; open it by maxing out your weapon lvl. The Gloves are found in a chest and sometimes dig spot in the reliquary.

With obtaining the outfits most of them are got throughout the main story quests!
But with some of the outfits you will need to be willing to trade with other users and some people have their price!!!
The hardest item is the cooks hat and it is also pretty simple to get as well but recommend doing this after you complete the game. Make a chef like you then do some quests for them until you can pop the question :D check out this link to tell you more

Just a heads up, I found the Chef's Hat in a dig spot in Mistpeak Valley. I was playing Co-op online with a friend who had just re-started the game (I am King), and when we first passed the big clearing just before going to Brightwall Village, the dog told us about a dig spot, and there it was!!

Disclaimer: I'm not sure if it was an random and isolated instance, or if it was a scripted event should you follow the instructions I have set out, so don't take it as Gospel.
