How to unlock the Knight Jumps Chesty achievement in Fable III - Definitive Guide
This achievement is really easy to obtain, just follow the video below
*NOTE* - You must observe (go into first person view by pressing the LB) each statue during the daytime, otherwise when you return at night and interact with the statues it won't work
You do not need to write down the expressions of each statue, just interact with each one 4 times
If you watch the video to the end, you can also get a Legendary Weapon as well :)
For those of you that need to know how to get there, please refer to the 2nd video below

Chesty resides in the 'Sunset House'.
You can get to 'Sunset House' by the left trail, with a gate, just beyond the graveyard in Mourningwood (coming from the Fort way). You must enter at night, and once you do on your left hand side you will see a glowing gazebo. Interact with each of the ghosts (4) 4 times. The screen will flash white and you may now enter 'Sunset House'.
Once inside, read the note and then sleep on the bed. You'll wake up and will be able to talk to Chesty on a giant chessboard. Do a few moves, Chesty will get bored and you'll talk to him. You'll then need to fight 4 waves of enemies (the opposing chess pieces) once you defeat 'em all, Chesty will give you 'Sunset House' and achievement will unlock.
Please note, once you enter the house and read the note you cannot leave until you beat Chesty.

The region flips between day and night each time you enter it.

Also at the beginning of the house there is a green orb on a table, shoot that and one of the doors open. Also at the end there is a mirror, if you look at it it will show you some blue orbs around the room. You have to melee them, 3 total, and then you will be able through the mirror. You will step through the mirror and be able to explore the house before the fire. If you go back to the first room and shoot the green orb again one of the doors will open and you can get a legenadary hammer/weapon.

If you are having trouble, here is what you need to do:
You have to enter Sunset house during daytime first, and go to the gazebo on the left. Note the positions the statues are in. Leave Sunset House and re-enter, so that it changes to night. Now you can interact with the statues and you have to set them into the same positions they were in during the day (interact with each one 4 times). You need to have observed them during the day before you go back at night, otherwise it won't work.
Once you are in the house, the rest is as stated above. Read note, sleep on bed, play chess, fight pieces. It's relatively straight forward and quick.

That's not true. The first time I went there was at night time, and I managed to complete the puzzle. Otherwise, good solution.

I think the quest/achievement may be buggy then. I and others have experienced problems with getting the house to open UNLESS we looked at the statues during the day. That seems to fix issues for a lot of people. But as I said, it could just be bugged (the quest).

If your like me, you probably had trouble finding sunset house. First of all you have to be king/queen. Then, fast travel to Mourningwood, and start going down the path (there will be a lot of hobbes). Eventually you will get to the fort with the mortar. Keep going strait through it and you will get to a graveyard. Just after the graveyard, you'll get to a fork. If you take the left path, you'll get to a gate, then sunset house (the gate will be closed if you aren't king/queen).
Now just follow the achievement hunter video on o JLR Ninja o's solution.
If you need to change the time of day, simply go to the sanctuary and visit the road to rule. Then just teleport out and it should pass the time.

I don't know if this will work for everyone but my first visit to Sunset House was at night. I interacted with each statue four times as described in all the above solutions and the house popped for me anyways. So in short you may or may not need to view the statues original poses so long as you interact with each on the requisite four times, or at least it didn't seem like you needed to know the statues original expressions...
To get to the Sunset House after the cemetery in Mourningwood take a left in the fork in road. If you get there during the day just go to the Road to Rule and run to the first gate and back to the exit portal. You don't have to see what position the statues are in the day just interact with each statue four times.
Another hint ! You don't have to wait for the night. Just go outside of the sunset house area and re-enter and voilà it is night!
