This one is story related and can not be missed while playing through the campaign.
To be more specific, once you meet the Resistance in Bowerstone Industrial you will have to attain 100 guild plates to earn their trust. This can be done by completing quests or fighting enemies.

This is story related but you forgot to mention that you will fight in some hordes before getting the achievement.

This is story related and cannot be missed. You need 100 guild seals in other to finish this quest.
Having said that, the best way to gain those 100 seals is by doing the quest "The Game", this will give you 40 seals and the following achievement:
The Save The Princess! achievement in Fable III worth 12 pointsRescue the princess from the evil Baron.
After this, instead of doing other quests, you can go for the achievement:
For this you have to befriend 20 people. First you interact with them, and usually after 3 emotes they have a fetch/dig up quest for you. While doing this you also work toward the achievement to dig up 50 items. After the 17th or 18th friend you should have enough seals for The Resistance, just a few more and you will get The Popularity Contest achievement aswell :)
