How to unlock the Touched By A Hero achievement in Fable III - Definitive Guide

All you need to do is shake 20 different people hands.

Can easily be done in the garden/courtyard area at the beginning of the game. Run up to a person, press 'A' to interact and then press 'A' again to shake hands.

Even though this can be unlocked right at the beginning as the solution indicates, it might be worth to wait until you reach the Dweller's Camp. Because if you wait until that time, you will get Guild Seals for your interactions with the citizens of Albion.

FYI -- Note you actually have to interact with different people, not just hold their hand. It could be pressing 'A' to "Shake hands", "Dance", etc...BUT just pressing RT to "Hold hands" will not count towards this touch achievement. I was just holding hands with a bunch of people and of course it didn't work until I actually did the full interaction.

It doesnt seem you have to physically touch someone. I got the achievement while using whistle..

Right in the beginning of the game, you can go up to different people and press "A" to interact with them. You'll be given a choice either to shake hands ("A") or belch ("Y"). Doing either to register one expression. Do so for 20 different people to unlock this.

Note that interacting with your dog by whistling ("A") and then doing either pet ("A") or tell off ("X") will count as one expression as well.

In the beginning there is all kinds of crazy people in the guarden, guess what? You can talk to ALL OF THEM! Just touch 20 of them and you will get the achievement! (NOT IN THE YOU KNOW WHERE THEY DONT LIKE THAT)

If you see an NPC press cn_A, then press cn_A again, then do the process 20 times over
(Please note that only humans can be handshaked).
