You reach this town after you exit the cave/darkness, and have to traverse across the desert and you pass out. You'll pass out and be brought to Aurora where a women will tell you a couple things, tell you to explore the town. Just follow the trail and talk to the dude then you can go back to her.
After you get back to her she will ramble on about something again and then ask you to promise to help them/protect them and as soon as you promise achievement should pop.

Hello, sadly I left a downvote on this and I'll gladly tell you why. I am currently trying to get this achievement, but the description above is not all that clear, like... what cave... what darkness, is it story related, as in unmissable, or when exactly is it possible to get. All this would have been very helpful for me.
