Do this one versus a cpu in fight mode.
Choose a character that you like and choose Kiriko as opponent.
Do a jab and hold the button to dodge her jab then do 2 other jab and repeat the sequence until your meter is red.
After that dodge one last time and do a haymaker.

You must simply defeat your opponent with a Facebreaker can be done easily on the first game you ever play under ‘fight’ and/or a ranked match. Just get your breaker bar full and unleash a Facebreaker to defeat your opponent and viola – Achievement Unlocked!
