This achievement can be easily done using the 'Steve'. Create a custom match with 5 minutes per round and select your opponent as 'Keko' (Easy difficulty). Hold B(throw + stun) to throw the opponent to the corner then backdash and do the throw again, repeat this for 15 times and win the game.

Note that the 15 stuns can span more than one round.

To stun easily, take the monkey character vs another one and press the B button when both of you are in the middle of the ring. It will stun the opponent. make this 15 times and achievement unlock at the end of the match.

Ranked – The best way to do this in a ranked match is to get a friend or someone from your friends list to do this with you. Another way is to simply search for a ranked match and if you have a microphone ask the other player if he wants’ to boost this with you if he says yes then good it will be the same as getting a friend if he says no then simply search again until you find someone who does but I highly recommend getting a friend to do this with you. If none of your friends are available or they don’t want or have this game and no one online wants to boost this with you then head over to the Achievement Trading Thread to find someone or you could try this legit.
VS CPU – This is probably the better of the two ways possible to gain this achievement simply click on “fight” mode, select a character for yourself and a character for the computer then select the difficulty to easy then choose any map and fire it up.
Just like the “The Best D is a Good O” achievement this should come along naturally when going for the 50 ranked match wins or if your fighting the CPU just use moves that stun as much as possible and you will receive this easily, I believe haymakers work nicely towards this achievement.
