In quick play set to one knocdown with max damage against an easy opponent. With these settings you should be able to end the fight within 20 seconds unlocking the achievement.

The key is to go for the FaceBreaker but stop short of breaking your opponent's face. The clock stops during the time that he is down, making this method much easier than trying to whittle down his health bar three times.

In order to get this achievement boosting in a ranked match, do the following:
Jab your opponent (X or A) until the power meter is full. Then, press Y to initiate a "breaker" move. Press the same jab button you used before to initiate the FaceBreaker. However, when it tells you to break their face, do nothing. Your opponent will fall over and it will be an automatic knockdown.
Repeat 3 times and you will get this achievement in well under 1 minute.
NOTE: The servers are going down 2/2/2010, so this achievement will only be obtainable vs. the CPU after that time.

Ranked – The best way to do this in a ranked match is to get a friend or someone from your friends list to do this with you. Another way is to simply search for a ranked match and if you have a microphone ask the other player if he wants’ to boost this with you if he says yes then good it will be the same as getting a friend if he says no then simply search again until you find someone who does but I highly recommend getting a friend to do this with you. If none of your friends are available or they don’t want or have this game and no one online wants to boost this with you then head over to the Achievement Trading Thread to find someone or you could try this legit.
VS CPU – This is probably the better of the two ways possible to gain this achievement simply click on “fight” mode, select a character for yourself and a character for the computer then select the difficulty to easy then choose any map and fire it up.
Read exactly what the description says “LESS THAN 1 minute” it cannot be 1 minute it must be less than 1 minute so the maximum time limit for knocking your opponent out to gain this achievement is 59 seconds. Also, knocking out your opponent simply means “beating them” a good hard Facebreaker will do the job nicely so in other words get that breaker bar up, hit your opponent with a Facebreaker and do it in 59 seconds or less to receive this achievement.
