Socks is scary, but he's not that hard if you know how to evade his stunning attack. When he lays down on the ring, he will dash very quickly with an electric (!) attack that stuns you and let's him beat you up real fast. Once you see him lay down, evade away from him (not to the sides, but backwards). He won't reach you, unless you're stuck in the cables. So make sure you fight him from the center of the ring. It's even better if you can jam him in the turnbuckle. Other than that, he's not harder than the other fighters you've faced before him.
