How to unlock the Unbeatable achievement in FaceBreaker - Definitive Guide
Choose a player that you are comfortable with.
Make sure you know how to beat your foe (Like having to parry against Romeo)
If you are about to lose exit out to dashboard (Guide Y) once you do that and reload you will restart from the last person you beat and it will not count against you as a loss.
Rinse repeat until you are fighting the BFR and get the win. Its very doable once you get the hang of what the opponent is going to do

Worked perfect for me...it even said knock out and showed my head on the plaque one time before I hit the dashboard and it still unlocked.

does "losing" means really losing the fight or losing a round/getting knocked out once?

You must beat brawl for it all without losing a single match to get this achievement. I find 'Steve' is good to get this achievement, use his stun(hold B) to throw the opponent in the corner then perform 'Haymaker'(Y). Do this repeatedly(hold B -> Y) for an easy knockout. This wont work well with 'Sparrow' and 'Spin'. However Sparrow and Spin can be easily Facebreaked if you dodge/parry their punches perfectly.
Note - Do this in easy difficulty

Steve worked great.

For this achievement, you simply have to complete BRAWL FOR IT ALL without losing. I strongly recommend the easy difficulty setting to be used for this achievement as the hard difficulty setting can prove a challenge, medium the same.
See "You Can't Touch This" for tips.
