How to unlock the Remembrance achievement in Fade to Silence - Definitive Guide
For this achievement you should get all the dream sequences in the game. There are some story related and optional dreams.
Story related dreams are obtained through progression and the optional ones you get when you rest near campfire.
To get all of them you need a substantial stack of wood (one for each hour), no food because you automatically heal while resting and campfire where you can continuosly rest for 1 hour each time.
In total you should get 44 dreams which appear in random order and at random pace, sometimes you should rest several hours to get one memory.
The most important part - you should NOT visit crashed cargo ship (visible as giant U from the distance) before you get 4 "space" memories (named "How High" ingame). If you visit aforementioned ship you will see the memories in chronological order while resting but always miss 2-4 "How High" sequence and to watch them you should start a new game.

I have only just entered The Wreck area and The Pit, but I then started trying to burn through as many dreams as possible before carrying on. I currently have all sections down to How High, and the first 4 of those, then I have the first 4 of the following section too.
My last rest resulted in a replay of a memory so I am going to push on and see what comes next!

So you're saying that these dreams carry over from one game to another? Basically I could go on thru to the end, and then just restart a fresh game with just getting the missing dreams (meaning I'd rest without reaching the ship?
EDIT: I asked that because I was worried I may not have enough wood in my playthru, but turned out I was quite fine in the end.
I simply upgraded everything and visited the whole map (except the ship) as fast as I could, and then rested until I get all the ones I could

For some odd reason you can't access the Gallery when you first load up the game, or at least I never could, you have to Continue your current game, (or Start a New run). Once in the game you can press and return to the Main Menu. Now Gallery will be an option between Continue and Credits.
The first few categories are obtainable at any time of the game, but I advanced as far as cleansing the Prairie outpost and entering The Wreck area, but cleansing nothing. I had recruited all followers to this point, both event and drop-in, so my resources were pretty plentiful and I had a number of them both mining nodes and converting tainted wood and remains. (I had heard that visiting the wreck locks out a few dreams if you haven't had them by that stage).
This allowed me to rest continually for one hour a time until no further dreams came, I would then head out, claim a node in the Prairie, then teleport back and resume dreaming, this also gave my followers chance to grow their trust in me. According to sources you have to get all dreams from How High before visiting the Wreck, but you can get all of Promises, Public Opinion, Enthral, Root and Bloom as well as the first four from both How High and Hold On.
Once I had obtained all of these dreams they started to repeat, the remaining dreams are story related.
Below are the sections per the gallery, as well as a brief description in the spoiler tags:
Promises (7 Dreams)
Public Opinion (4 Dreams)
Enthral (11 Dreams)
Root (7 Dreams)
Bloom (6 Dreams)
How High (5 Dreams) - The first four dreams are obtainable earlier but the fifth dream is a waking dream when you get to the Shuttle, it is unavoidable if you are finishing the story.
Hold On (5 Dreams) - The fifth dream is a waking dream upon entering the Wreck. (The area behind the outpost containing the large U-shaped ship).
As the remaining dreams are all part of the story and arrive at the end of the game there is no need for me to describe them.
Shelter - A second waking dream that follows immediately after the 5th dream in the Hold On sequence.
Broken, Pact, Fixed, Just Deal, Rest and Reality all follow on from each other once you enter the
, be ready to act once they finish!

For those who choose to play this game in coop, all memories can be obtained when both players sit and rest at a fire as of what I know currently. The memories will be at random so even if one player has some memories from their game it will show some you've seen and some you've not seen.
IMPORTANT:
You will not get 3 dreams from the "How High" sequence if you already visited the cargo ship crystal, if this happens do not despair. Finish the game then start it again with the boon that gives you plenty wood, then just sleep for 1 hour at the time in front of the barrel al the beginning.
I got it in circa 15 minutes by doing this.
If like me this is the last trophy you need, then just go to the menu and start a new game, you will keep all the boons and crystal shards.
