There are quite a few cards who lower the cost of the cards in your hand, but the easiest way to get this should be in fights against Krog when he is giving out those cards every turn which reduce the cost of a random card in your hand by 7.
I'm not sure he does that in every battle against him, but had him do this at least three times in about 10 runs in those Wild Mission-packs. To make it even easier you can just build a special deck consisting only cards costing 5+ points to play.

I got this practically on accident during a Pandora run where I drafted a lot of treasure maps, and triggered enough where the 4 drop simulacrum that reduces casting costs by 1 showed up three times. I just played all 3, then cast every other spell in my deck and voila. Likely re-doable in constructed with just treasure maps galore.
