I used the same advice that user Sakrion gave for the Track star achievement which can be found here
Go into a solo game and try to win the first round (always a race). If you won’t be able to win then allow yourself to be eliminated and this will de rank you so you are put into easier matchmaking buckets, making it easier for you to get a win.
If you do win the race stay and see what the next round is. If it’s another race then stay and try to win again. If it’s not a race or you’re not able to win, allow yourself to be eliminated again.

2/21/2024 There is currently an event called "Chill Shuffle" and its a 10 person race that everyone wins! So it counts as a win, but you might need to still get first. 10 people is easier though. It says that it is available for the next 11 days.
