How to unlock the Victory! achievement in Fall Guys - Definitive Guide
I found this a lot easier on the Spartan Assault mode, which is time-limited but might return or be used in a similar way in the future. (In this case it ends July 4/22.) Really this solution should work for any event mode with a similar format.
This mode is only 3 rounds, and while it is a 'duos' mode, you don't need to be paired up with a particularly strong player if you're even just okay. (Although if playing solo and you get put in a game without a partner, I'd suggest quit and find a new episode.) Most of the other modes take 4-6 rounds and the games can be a lot harder, or more varied making it harder to practice.
In Spartan Assault, the first two rounds will be picked from a limited list of events (about 5), and the third round is always Blast Ball. So even when you don't win you will be able to get a lot of practice since the event list is so short.
For the first two, it will be from Dizzy Heights, Tip Toe, Gate Crash, Big Shots and Thin Ice. Look up these specific events/maps for demos/tips.
For Blast Ball, you need to get the timing down on the bomb counter for when you throw, but this can be difficult as the map begins to fall apart. I found a good strategy from the start was to 'suicide bomb' other players. If holding the ball when it explodes, you don't really get blasted very far, so you can hold the ball, walk up to players near the edge (making sure your body has a bunch of ground behind you opposite the ball) and then let it explode in your hands. Beyond that just rotate your camera to keep an eye on other players, and make sure you don't walk into a hole.
Once I figured out Blast Ball, it became much easier, and I've won about 7-8 times in just 1-2 days.

I got this on the new time-limited Assassin's Creed crossover, where you play the candy thief game. It was only 1 round, my team won, and the achievement popped.
So, I fully endorse the advice of "be on the lookout for easier time-limited events."
I also got Show Off as well, since I had the AC victory pose from the Season Pass.

With the new Sweet Thieves show back for a few days as of the time I am typing this, this achievement is easier to get since there is 2 teams in the Sweet Thieves game, where one involves 4 guardians who try to capture all 8 candy thieves from the opposing team so that the candy thieves won't steal all 12 candies. So, you basically have about 50-50 chance of winning one.
